The Russian-flagged Pegas, with 19 Russian crew members on board, was seized close to the coastal metropolis of Karystos in Evia.
“It has been seized as a part of EU sanctions,” a transport ministry official mentioned.
A coastguard official mentioned the vessel had been seized, however not its oil cargo.
