A La Pine, Oregon, man is suing St. Charles Well being System in Bend for $43.5 million after problems from mind surgical procedure left him paralyzed.
Jackie Dale Yeley filed the lawsuit in Deschutes County Circuit Court docket, by way of attorneys with the Barton Regulation Group, The Bulletin reported.
