Lloyd’s Register, one of many world’s prime ship certifiers, is stopping providers to Russia after sanctions have been imposed on Moscow for its invasion of Ukraine, the corporate stated on Thursday.
Classification societies together with LR present providers comparable to checking that ships are seaworthy and this certification cowl is important for securing insurance coverage and entry into ports.
